Astro.22 Pro. Astrology is a program that accurately calculates the
position of the planets, cusps and zodiac positions to within
approximately thirty seconds of arc. It is specifically designed for
the discerning Astrologer who needs a comprehensive range of features
combined with accuracy, versatility, upgradeability and ease of use -
at an affordable price!

Astro.22 is devised to meet the needs of all those who have an
interest in this subject at whatever level. Even those who have no
technical knowledge of astrology are able to produce charts almost
immediately. Before the advent of home computers such a task would
have required months of study and a more than average aptitude for
mathematics.

From the more involved student to the professional,all will enjoy the
ease, speed and general design of the program which immediately
calculates needed data. Astrologers are able to  work with a chart
from any perspective without fumbling through too many menu systems,
prompts and windows. For example, if the necessary modules are
present, a chart may be calculated; examined for applying transits;
progressed to any date; cross checked against a Natal chart; Tertiary
aspects noted etc., all within a few seconds. Aspects may be viewed in
any of three modes: Grid format, Tabulated or Graphic. Any work screen
may be updated in time increments or decrements, even progressed
charts. The program is fully menu driven with hot keys and keyboard
short-cuts to suit most users.

Those who have no knowledge of Astrology are advised to borrow
books from the library as supplementary reading. The hard part of
astrology, namely calculating the chart, is done by Astro.22. The more
experienced astrologers will immediately recognise the potential of
Astro.22 and will derive great pleasure from its use.

Several add-on modules are already available for release and details
of these can be found in the Pull-down Menu against 'Astro.22' and
'Help' or directly from the disk file 'MODULES.TXT'.

The advantage of the extra modules is that only those parts which are
suitable for present personal requirements need be purchased. Further
modules may be added as the need arises. Those with only a casual
interest in Astrology can derive great pleasure from producing
personalised character profiles for family and friends using the
'Character Analysis Module' and by evaluating future trends with the
'Prediction Module'. The text files are in the region of 300K and can
be edited by the user in any word processor in ASCII mode. Also, there
is no restriction on the amount of extra script that may be added to
the existing text files.

The shareware version of Astro.22 will run on any standard Amiga
computer, however, do note that THE REGISTERED VERSION REQUIRES 1MG of
memory.

To run the program insert the Astro.22 disk into drive DF0: then reset
the computer using CONTROL+LEFT AMIGA KEY+RIGHT AMIGA KEY or just boot
your computer with the the disk in drive DFO:

When the program has loaded, from the 'Help' option select
'Instructions' for information on how to use the program. The option
is given to direct the file to a printer.

the program and wish to continue using it then you are obliged to
register for a fee of £10.00. (Not required if you purchase modules to
this amount.) If you also send in your original Shareware disk the
most recent copy of the program will returned to you with one free
module - 'Save to file and Screen Print."
